Mistral have been around the kitchen block since long before every Israeli chef knew their foie gras from their flambé… For over 30 years, they equipped thousands of restaurants, hotels and caterers with countless tools and dishes. But as the decades went by, Mistral got dusty and rusty. Top-notch places stopped working with them. They needed a change: a different strategy and different location, with a new style and new approach. We created a colorful, contemporary visual identity and built a strategy that pushed Mistral way in front of their competitors. By reinventing themselves as a “cash & carry” hall that displays a huge variety, tons of style, and zero pretentiousness – Mistral changed the game, and won.
